Looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in glass and glazing? We are hiring an Estimator for commercial projects in Livermore, CA. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in curtainwall, storefront, windows, and door systems who can deliver accurate bids and manage the full estimating process.

Responsibilities :

Review architectural drawings and specifications to determine scope.

Perform detailed quantity take-offs for glass, aluminum, and related materials.

Prepare complete cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

Solicit and evaluate supplier quotes; conduct bid-leveling and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Submit professional bid proposals under strict deadlines.

Qualifications :

Glass & Glazing experience is REQUIRED – minimum 3+ years in commercial estimating.

Strong knowledge of curtainwall, storefront, windows, and door systems.

Proficiency with Bluebeam and / or On-Screen Takeoff (OST).

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
