Summary of Position

ADC Attendant is responsible for accepting, pre-sorting and loading donated goods at various Attended Donation Centers while providing exceptional customer service to our Donors.

Role and Responsibilities

• Open and close the store location and ensures all doors, money and credit card receipts are secured.
• Provide excellent customer service to Donors Accept, presort and place donations in proper containers.
• Maintains stock in store by removing books from shelves as needed
• applicable stores only.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Accurately record the donations on the donation count list.
• Accurately complete store report and report sales daily.
• Verifies accuracy of the truck / trailer seals on doors and equipment manifest.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
