About the Role

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters. Provide accurate and timely responses, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including processing paperwork, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Benefits Administration : Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Communicate benefits information to employees and ensure compliance with regulations.
• HRIS Management : Maintain employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
• Compliance : Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
• Performance Management : Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews, tracking performance data, and providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Recruitment Support : Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Special Projects : Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as developing new HR programs, updating policies, or conducting research.
• Other duties as assigned.
