Role : Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Location : Louisville, KY (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking Senior Full-Stack Engineers to design, build, and integrate end-to-end digital and assisted channel experiences that activate Next Best Actions (NBA) across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on developing frontend and backend components using modern web technologies such as React (or equivalent) and Node.js and / or Python, while building API-first integrations with the NBA decision engine, state machines, action libraries, and external channel systems.
The ideal candidate has strong experience delivering cloud-native, production-grade applications, working with REST / GraphQL APIs, and integrating event-driven systems. You will collaborate closely with backend, data, UX, and platform teams to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable activation of personalized actions across digital and assisted channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end full-stack features that activate NBA decisions across digital and assisted channels.

Build responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React or equivalent modern frameworks.

Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and / or Python, following API-first design principles.

Integrate frontend and backend components with NBA decision engines, state machines, and action libraries.

Enable multi-channel activation through integrations with email, SMS, push notifications, web, and call-center platforms.

Implement event-driven integrations using Kafka or equivalent messaging systems.

Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and observability best practices.

Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive and accessible user experiences.

Work closely with backend, data, and platform engineers to ensure reliable and consistent end-to-end behavior.

Contribute to code reviews, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer delivering production web applications.

5+ years of experience in React or equivalent frontend frameworks.

5+ years of experience developing backend services using Node.js and / or Python.

5+ years of experience with REST and / or GraphQL APIs.

3+ years of experience building cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

5+ years of experience of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.

3+ years of experience integrating frontend applications with backend and third-party systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka or equivalent).

Experience integrating with Omni channel platforms (email, SMS, push, call-center, CRM).

Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).

Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, insurance, or financial services.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to Next Best Action, personalization, or decisioning platforms.
