Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of IDD services, ensuring efficiency and compliance

Participate in strategic planning and policy development for the division

Manage financial processes and hold leadership accountable for performance outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in leadership roles within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities sector

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L oversight

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in the IDD field

Proven track record in strategic planning and program development

Ability to manage and supervise senior executives effectively
