  • Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fresno, CA, for a Client Liaison at Mystique Medical Spa. The Client Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing client communications, addressing inquiries, promoting services and specials, and assisting in administrative tasks. The individual will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the medical spa’s operations and goals.

  • Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle schedule coordination and administrative duties effectively.
  • Sales aptitude with an ability to promote services, monthly specials, and other offerings aligned with client needs.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and ability to manage scheduling systems.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the beauty, health, or wellness industries, is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility, team spirit, and passion for customer care to contribute positively to the medical spa’s high standards of service.
