We are an independent family-owned retail compounding pharmacy in Fishtown, Philadelphia, looking for an enthusiastic and creative person to join our team.

No pharmacy experience required, candidates with experience in the SERVICE industry are a great fit both professionally and culturally. Most of our tenured employees did not have experience prior to starting here.
Candidates with pharmacy experience must be willing to approach customer service from a positive, outgoing, and patient centric perspective.

General Requirements:
- Running the register and greeting patients with positivity and empathy.
- Learning and growing into technician duties (counting pills, answering calls and emails)
- Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift.
- Miscellaneous tasks include running errands, purchasing goods, organizing front end.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Customer Service - The positon requires both communication skills and empathy. We maintain our relationship with the community by understanding and advocating for each patient's needs.
- Technological competency - Skills enabling candidates to communicate in person or via email or text are a plus.
- Experience running a register, and cash handling are helpful, but not required.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm)
- Saturdays as needed (10am - 2pm)
- Full Time (40hours a week)
