We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong customer service orientation. As a Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize dealership sales opportunities.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring vehicle availability and assisting with inventory management.
• Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling and following up with leads to generate business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Accurately document customer interactions, test drives, and transaction details.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and written communication when interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail, outbound sales, or automotive sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Experience with inventory control and management is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus, enhancing communication with our diverse customer base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for automobiles and a general knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• You have 2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred
• Eligible to receive a Colorado salesperson license
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
