We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator with 7-10 years previous experience with a General Contractor. Commercial construction experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates with 7-10 years experience will be considered.
Key Result Areas and Accountabilities:
As a Senior Construction Estimator, you will play a critical role in our pre-construction phase by providing accurate cost estimates for upcoming projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to assess project requirements, develop comprehensive estimates, and ensure competitiveness in the bidding process.
