In this role, you will program, set-up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including mills and vertical lathes, to produce high-precision metal parts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program, set-up, and operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines to create parts as per design specifications.
• Utilize CNC controls (Haas, Fanuc) with MasterCam software for programming.
• Select appropriate tools and set-up for efficient production.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure the precision and accuracy of parts.
• Monitor cutting processes and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality.
• Conduct detailed inspections of components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve any design or operational challenges.
• Assemble finished products according to blueprint guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.
