Peer Coach- ASPECT Program

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled for classes at Ohio University Hocking College another post-secondary education institution or a secondary school during the current semester immediate previous semester or immediate upcoming semester. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines. Basic knowledge of office software and communication tools. Departments may have specific minimum requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have completed at least one full academic year at Ohio University as of May 30 2025. - Have enthusiasm and compassion for working with individuals with disabilities including but not limited to autism. - Have an appreciation for equal access. - Have experience working with neurodivergence / disabilities.

Work Schedule

Arranged between Coach and Mentee (5-15 hrs per week).
