Product Manager

Leads a team of product and user experience associates in developing customer-centric product experiences using agile software development practices. Manages the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities include :

• Leading and developing a team of product managers and user experience professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive successful execution.
• Managing product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Driving the full product lifecycle for assigned products, from planning and design to launch and iteration.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate product vision into actionable initiatives.
• Monitoring key performance metrics to assess product success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and modern product development practices to enhance speed and quality.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to remove roadblocks and ensure timely product delivery.
• Gathering and incorporating user feedback to refine products and enhance the customer experience.

Education and experience typically require a BS / BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
