Job Description:

As Finance Manager, you will be a strategic, financial, and operational partner to the team. You will play an integral part in driving strategic business decisions and supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting as well as building dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work with our Accounting team ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial statements and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.
• Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, partnering with business units to develop and validate financial plans.
• Partner with key business owners to better understand the business and explain budget versus actual results.
• Develop financial metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the company and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Work directly with the Controller to support key initiatives, provide visibility into the financials of the business and make recommendations.
• Perform strategic ad-hoc analyses and research to turn data into more insightful information driving business decisions
