Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) – Meaningful Work in Pennsylvania

We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals who want to make a real difference. Be part of an organization that prioritizes high-quality therapy for individuals, couples, and families. This role provides an opportunity for professional growth within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Salary Range : $100,000 – $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Work alongside care teams to assess and refine treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Help clients build coping strategies for long-term success.
  • Engage in professional networking and outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health settings.
