Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through inbound and outbound outreach
- Build strong relationships with clients to establish trust, understand their needs, and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Conduct virtual and in-person demos showcasing drones, robotics, and tech solutions
- Track and maintain client interactions using HubSpot CRM
- Create quotes, proposals, and follow-ups with precision and personality
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach
- Travel as needed for trade shows, training events, or client demos (sometimes on short notice)
- Be comfortable on camera for product videos, marketing content, or social media features
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when working with private or sensitive clients
- Stay current on new technology and product developments
Qualifications
1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (tech or equipment industries a plus)Must hold or have plans to obtain a valid passport or Real ID for travel purposesA current Part 107 Remote Pilot License is an advantage, but not requiredFamiliarity with Shopify, HubSpot, or similar tools (training provided)General interest or background in drones, robotics, or related fieldsExcellent verbal communication, confidence, and adaptabilityStrong multitasking and organizational skills — flexible under pressureMust be comfortable with both inside and outside sales rolesWillingness to travel by car or plane 2–10 times per year for events or client engagementsAdditional Information
