A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to consult with HR and clients on compensation-related issues and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform job analysis, develop job descriptions, and conduct competitive market analysis
Research and recommend modifications to compensation programs to ensure internal and external equity
Oversee administration of teammate compensation and provide guidance on wage and salary policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
2 or more years of related experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR
Preferred certifications include CCP, CEP, SPHR, and / or SHRM-SCP
Knowledge of market pricing techniques and compensation administration
Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations (e.g., OFCCP, FLSA, FMLA)
