Salary : $16.50 to $18.00

Medical Manufacturing Company in St Charles, IL seeking PRODUCTION WORKERS AND MACHINE OPERATORS!

Would you like to create Textile-Based Medical Products that are needed for Hospitals, Care Facilities, and the Medical Industry?

Positions :

  • Seamstress Machine Operator (industrial sewing machine / sit-down job position). Previous Machine Operating experience required.
  • Machine Operator (various press machines / stand-up job position) Previous Machine Operating experience required.
  • Production Packer (physical stand-up job position)

Work Hours :

1st Shift - Monday to Friday 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm

2nd Shift - Monday to Friday 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm

PAY RATE :

1st Shift : $16.50 - $17.00

2nd Shift : $17.50 - $18.00

Job Duties :

  • Use an Industrial Sewing Machine to sew / assemble products. (MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
  • Use various machines to press or cut fabric material.
  • Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met.
  • Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
  • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
  • Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
  • Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.
  • Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.
  • Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
  • Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
  • Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment, such as conveyors, or in specified areas, such as loading docks.
  • Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    • Working Conditions :

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit / stand, use fingers, hands, arms and / or legs to handle or feel. The employee frequently is required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision.

    • Job Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working a manufacturing environment preferred.
