Summary

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time (0.8-1.0 FTE) Pulmonologist - Critical Care interested in a blend of pulmonary medicine and critical care to join our dynamic pulmonary medicine team based in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $359,265 to $510,849 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience, percentage of clinical versus inpatient critical care.)
• Value-Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

New Hire Incentives:

Qualifications

• Required: Medical Degree MD/DO
• Required: BC/BE Pulmonary Disease & BC/BE in Critical Care Medicine
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
