Requirements
Bring 2+ years of hands-on construction or yard labor experience.
Comfortably lift, carry, and move 50+ lbs safely during shifts.
Ready to work outdoors in all weather, staying active on your feet.
Experience with Bobcat, Gradeall, or similar equipment is a strong plus.
Show up dependable, punctual, and eager to tackle physical tasks daily.
Commit to safety protocols, team guidelines, and clear communication.
Possess a solid work ethic and attitude to mesh with a close-knit group.
Key Responsibilities
Unload incoming trucks and shift materials across the yard efficiently.
Organize and stack aggregate products to maintain inventory and access.
Keep the work area clean, safe, and hazard-free through regular upkeep.
Jump in on general yard labor to support production and team needs.
Follow all supervisor instructions and safety measures without exception.
Handle physical tasks outdoors, adapting to varying weather conditions.
Assist with equipment prep, cleanup, and basic support for operations.
Report issues or needs promptly to keep workflows uninterrupted.
Support growth opportunities by learning to operate Bobcat or Gradeall.
