[job_card.job_description]High School Diploma (Associates preferred) and a minimum of 1-year HR experience with a proven facility in date entry, customer service, and problem resolution. The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent writing and communication skills Good time management and attention to detail Ability to work within a team environment Able to maintain confidentiality Excellent organization skills
Essential duties and Responsibilities :
- Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Providing recruiting reports on a weekly basis
- Assist HR Department with employee on-boarding activities
- Aid with I-9 and other relevant documents
- Distribute, review and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and following up, when necessary
- Additional duties may be assigned
