Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Folder Operator to safely and accurately operate sheet-metal folding equipment to form precision metal parts used in production. The ideal candidate has experience in metal fabrication, strong mechanical aptitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet-metal folding equipment to bend and form material to specification
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Select proper tooling based on bend requirements, material type, and gauge
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and cosmetic appearance
• Adjust machine settings to ensure consistency and part accuracy
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and report issues when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and work instructions
• Support production needs and perform additional duties as assigned
