Amazon Freight Partner Class A CDL Driver - Structured Performance Pay - Home Daily - 3-Day Workweek

Location: Bristol, CT

Schedule: 3-Day Workweek (13-hour shifts) - Home Daily

Start Times: Evening shifts available (2pm-11pm)

Base Pay: $24/hour + Structured Performance Bonuses

Earning Potential: Up to $32/hour total earning potential

Typical Annual Earnings: $50,000-$80,000+ (W2 with full benefits)

Job Responsibilities

- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle

- Haul Amazon freight (drop and hook, no-touch loads)

- Follow all DOT regulations and safety protocols

- Maintain logs and complete daily vehicle inspections

- Communicate professionally with dispatch

- Represent Stark with reliability and accountability

Basic Requirements

- Valid CDL Class A license

- At least 21 years old

- Clean MVR and strong DAC report

- Pass DOT physical, background check, and drug test

- Comfortable driving to New York City (Bronx, Long Island, etc.)

- Comfortable working in a camera-monitored fleet

- English proficiency (DOT compliance)

- Comfortable using GPS and mobile driver apps

- Must maintain strong attendance and safety standards to remain eligible for performance bonuses
