A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients' technical stakeholders to provide expert-level guidance on implementation and operation of solutions
Lead technical discussions and coordinate internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Conduct product training and provide regular reporting on customer health and product usage
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing technical role
Experience in Healthcare IT with a background in project management and technical implementations
Comfort with Linux infrastructure, software development, and cloud platforms
Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
