Accounting Manager

Position

We are looking to extend our team with the opening of an Accounting Manager position . In addition to general accounting duties, this position is responsible for high level accounting functions including : Cash Management, Human Resources / Contract Review, Purchasing, and Reporting & Analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and company specific financial reports
• Process payroll and support basic HR and benefit administration
• Cash management and banking activity
• Prepare sales tax filings, 1099s, and management reports
