Location: Houston, TX 77030
Duration: 6 Weeks | 39 Hours per Week
Shift: 3 × 13-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 8:30 PM) with rotating Saturdays

Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour

Job Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures in a clinical setting. This role is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images used by radiologists to detect abnormalities, support accurate diagnoses, and assist in patient treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols and safety guidelines

• Produce high-quality three-dimensional images of tissues, organs, and body structures

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures

• Prepare patients for MRI exams and explain procedures clearly

• Operate MRI equipment and monitor image quality

• Maintain compliance with MRI safety standards and departmental policies

• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging results

Qualifications

• Active MRI Technologist certification (ARRT or equivalent preferred)

• Prior clinical experience performing MRI procedures

• Strong knowledge of MRI safety and imaging protocols

• Ability to work extended shifts and rotating Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Philips and GE MRI systems
