Job Summary: JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support our global procurement operations. This role will assist in managing vendor relationships, coordinating sourcing activities, and ensuring efficient procurement processes across our commercial real estate services portfolio while supporting team performance metrics to meet critical client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives by conducting market research, vendor identification, and preliminary supplier evaluations. Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order creation and vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including facilities management, finance, and operations teams to understand sourcing requirements and specifications. Maintain accurate vendor databases and procurement documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor contract performance and assist with vendor relationship management activities. Support cost analysis activities and help identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports, track key performance indicators, and assist with budget monitoring and spend analysis.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on contract reviews and vendor due diligence processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in professional services or real estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement software systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of procurement best practices, contract management principles, and vendor evaluation processes. Experience with e-procurement platforms and vendor management systems preferred.

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,000.00 70,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
