Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team! As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be working across numerous platforms to present a cohesive company voice and message. You will be implementing marketing strategies, tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a marketing and/or social media role, has excellent communication skills, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work across numerous platforms, including social media, to fulfill marketing goals and objectives.
• Track marketing campaign progress and ROI.
• Use various forms of video via drones, cameras or video to capture company staff and projects for social media and website content.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the message and vision of the company are being communicated properly
• Create social media plan to include nurturing and growing all social media accounts

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, and video editing software
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Service Titan and Scorpion desired
