[job_card.job_description]Chairside assistance during exams and procedures-maintaining a sterile, efficient environment Performing expanded duties : taking radiographs, applying sealants, supporting restorative care Preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment Educating young patients and their parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Managing patient records and documentation Assisting with scheduling, patient flow, and inventory control Upholding rigorous safety and infection-control protocols Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall clinic operations Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Radiology certification & current CPR certification Prior pediatric dental experience is a strong plus Strong attention to detail, excellent clinical skills Warm, friendly demeanor and ability to connect with children and parents Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Paid holidays Paid time off coronal polishing required
