Salary: $75,000- $85,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

This role will own and steward the full Salesforce ecosystem, delivering high-quality, resilient solutions that enable Ramsey Solutions to operate efficiently, scale effectively, and make strong data-driven decisions. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow in their craft. Someone who gets excited about taking on new challenges and learning from others in the field.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator OR an alternate CRM with a current Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification
• You are detail oriented and data driven
• You are someone who anticipates issues before they arise and implements scalable solutions.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Regularly review and audit systems to identify technical optimization opportunities
• Proactively implement updates, patches, and performance improvements
• Customize Salesforce features to align with business requirements
• Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features that benefit operations
• Gather feedback from users and adjust customizations accordingly
• Build dashboards and reports that drive clarity for stakeholders
• Establish and enforce data standards and governance
• Partner with teams to ensure best-practice data entry
• Implement data validation and cleanse processes
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Provide data-driven recommendations and strong reporting insights
