A company is looking for a GTM Decision Support Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of decision analysis, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable recommendations

Build advanced models and frameworks for recurring GTM decisions while partnering with analysts to enhance impact

Establish processes and tools to improve decision-making quality and mentor analysts to elevate analytical standards

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in GTM strategy, commercial analytics, corporate strategy, or management consulting in a high-growth enterprise or SaaS environment

Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end analyses from problem definition to executive-ready delivery

Advanced modeling and analytical capabilities (Excel, SQL, Tableau / Power BI, or equivalent)

Deep understanding of GTM motions across Sales, Customer Success, and Channel ecosystems

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
