Primary Responsibilities :

  • Serve and develop relationships with our current client base
  • Attract and integrate new clients into our portfolio
  • Supervise and assess team activities and productivity
  • Provide training and support for new team members
  • Log daily activities and outcomes through our Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain a daily focus on growth in client management and leadership potential development

Skills and Qualifications Desired :

  • Outstanding organizational skills paired with attention to detail
  • Proficient in time management with a record of fulfilling deadlines
  • Strong leadership qualities and supervision experience
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong prioritization skills with a penchant for delegation
  • Comfortable operating within a lively, fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in helping others and building relationships
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service
  • A self-driven and goal-focused attitude
  • A desire to be actively involved in the community
  • Understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce
