Position Overview :

Ofinno is seeking an accomplished and strategic Executive Director of Operations to join our leadership team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that the company’s operations scale effectively to support rapid growth and continued success. The Executive Director of Operations will oversee core business functions including finance, HR, IT, and facilities, while serving as a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise. You will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that drive efficiency, enhance collaboration, and strengthen company culture. This is a highly visible role, central to aligning Ofinno’s infrastructure with its long-term aspirations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, IT, and facilities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate Ofinno’s vision into actionable operational strategies.
  • Develop and oversee company-wide processes, systems, and metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement scalable practices that support growth while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and remove operational barriers to execution.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that reflects Ofinno’s values of fearless feedback, empowered innovation, and mastery across borders.
  • Mentor managers and align teams to deliver on strategic goals.

Qualifications :

  • MBA or JD strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience overseeing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Proven success in scaling systems and processes within a high-growth organization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
