District Sales Manager - Florida Based - Outdoor Recreational Industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
• Act as the go-to resource for dealers in sales and customer service.
• Achieve sales goals and develop new business.
• Educate dealers on new products and selling points.
• Expand territory sales and maintain dealership relationships.
• Collect market feedback and report to Sales Director.
• Increase brand awareness, preference, and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional outside sales development experience.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel and work effectively within a designated territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and an active passport.
