As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an education-focused location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the educational environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate authorities and / or site management.

Assist students, staff, and visitors with directions and security-related information as requested.

Support access control protocols by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to maintain a visible presence and help to deter potential security-related threats within the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
