Sterling Engineering is seeking a hands-on Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager to join a leading organization in the metal, steel making, and petrochemical industries. These roles require managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with engineers and clients, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Job Duties :

Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring technical and operational goals are met.

Participate in technical discussions regarding project execution, installations, and rerouting.

Provide solutions to technical questions from clients and internal engineers.

Track project progress, costs, and resource allocation.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage tight deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality and compliance.

Qualifications :

10–15 years of related project management experience.

Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
