Real Estate Sales Associate

The Brian Sperry Real Estate Group is hiring an experienced Sales Associate who can produce at a high level in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and the surrounding coastal markets. This is not a training role. If you are not already closing deals, this is not the right fit.

With our group surpassing $100,000,000 in 2025 sales volume, you will be plugging into a platform built for serious growth. Top performers can advance to Sales Partner after hitting defined volume benchmarks. Compensation is commission only and performance-driven.

• Drive new business through consistent prospecting and follow-up
• Manage buyers and sellers through escrow with support from operations and TC
• Deliver sharp buyer consultations, listing presentations, and property tours
• Represent the team at showings, open houses, and community events
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow established team processes
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and client communication

• Active CA real estate license with CRMLS access
• Minimum of 5 closed transactions within the past two years
• Strong understanding of Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and nearby markets
• Self driven, competitive, and comfortable with accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to operate independently inside a defined structure
• Proficient with technology, ideally familiar with CRMLS and Compass tools
