Experience and qualifications:
High-reaching individual with an ambitious attitude

Obtain work from assigned queues
Respond to hotel partner inquiries and questions regarding overcharges disputed to secure credits from the partners back to our EVC cards within established timelines (SLA’s)
Monitor and maintain work queue to ensure cases do not exceed our recovery timelines
Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics
Maintain accurate contact information for hotel properties
Cost modification requests when needed

The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $34,000.00 to $47,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $54,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
