Provide exceptional customer service to ensure 100% satisfaction. Stay informed, educated and knowledgeable on the product. Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred but not required . Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Language diversity is a plus : Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese Mandarin. Ability to work independently and complete daily outreach. A passion for the automotive industry is highly desirable.
