Robotics Technician Fremont MI

Salary Range : $59000 - $91000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Recommended Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Robotics Automation or Mechatronics or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Proven proficiency in programming troubleshooting and maintaining industrial robots (e.g. FANUC ABB KUKA).
  • Strong electrical mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Experience with PLC programming diagnostics and repair (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens).
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics mechanical blueprints and technical manuals.

    • Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial vision systems for robot guidance or quality inspection.
  • Proficiency in robot simulation software or offline programming tools.
  • Familiarity with data acquisition and analysis from robotic systems for predictive maintenance or process optimization.
  • Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and human-robot interaction (HRI) safety.
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g. Python) for data handling or advanced robot control.
