Wholesale Coordinating Supervisor

A company is looking for a Wholesale Coordinating Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Wholesale Coordinating team, ensuring compliance with FHA, State, and Investor regulations

Lead and coach team members, manage performance, and assist with pipeline management

Analyze loan documents and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure quality service

Required Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred

Experience in reverse mortgage processing and pipeline management is highly preferred

Reverse mortgage experience is required

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Ability to present to large groups, both in person and remotely
