Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a flexible opportunity in the field of home health? Millennium Home Care, a leading provider of healthcare services, is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a PRN Registered Nurse. Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial aspects.
  • Develop personalized care plans based on patients' individual needs and goals.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care and other nursing procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements and evidence-based practices in nursing through continued professional development.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in various areas of nursing, including medical-surgical, geriatrics, and home health.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.
  • Proficiency in documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
