Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location : Gresham, OR

Schedule :

Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $24-$25 / hr

Job Description (Brief) :

You will perform general repairs, unit turns, and routine maintenance throughout the community. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently while using your own tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• To complete work orders, repairs, and routine maintenance
• To perform unit turns including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• To troubleshoot and repair appliances
• To identify and report safety or maintenance issues
• To maintain clean and safe common areas
