As a Security Professional - CRE Patrols in Clearwater, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your role supports a welcoming environment by responding to incidents and assisting with inquiries, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. You will act with integrity and contribute to a caring culture that puts people first.

Pay Rate : $16.00 / Hour

Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues.
- Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting observations.
- Document and report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
