Benefit Carrier Integrations Team Member

A member of the Benefit Carrier Integrations team. You are responsible for implementing and servicing files which exchange demographic, plan and enrollment data between the WorkforceNow module and our clients' third-party vendors (e.g., payroll processors, insurance carriers, third party administrators, etc.) You will :

Support the Comprehensive Services team and clients by implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting API Benefit Carrier Integrations. You will also work with internal partners, carriers, brokers and the client to support Open Enrollment throughout the year, to ensure enrollments are submitted to the client's benefit carriers timely.

You will need :

• Benefits Administration Experience.
• Project Management Competency.
• Technical troubleshooting experience with WorkforceNow Benefits and / or Benefit Carrier Integrations.
• When presented with a case to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve issues / defects with existing code.
• Communicate status and next steps to all partners (internal, carrier, client, broker, etc.) throughout the implementation project or lifecycle of a service case.
• Partner with Account Managers, Product Engineers, third party vendors, and client to determine best practices for the setup of the API.
• Serve as a technical resource for Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives who may have questions regarding active API integrations.
• Participate in conference calls with clients, carriers, brokers, sales, and / or prospects with connection questions.
• Maintain primary contact information for each third-party vendor with whom we have a connection.
• Work with these contacts to track new release dates for their systems, obtain updated file specifications, and identify the impact of any changes on existing connections.
• Troubleshoot and test integrations to ensure accuracy of transmission of data.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of and take responsibility for continuous learning of new technologies and templates being introduced in the Benefit Carrier Integrations environment.
• Support monthly Open Enrollment renewals.
