A company is looking for a Recruiter responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a fast-growing, multi-state organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer acceptance
Source and attract candidates through various channels and ensure a positive candidate experience
Track recruiting metrics and partner with hiring managers to co-create hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-state organization
Hands-on experience with Lever ATS
Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
