What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the delivery of industrial mechanical projects from early stages through close-out, including :

• Assisting a Senior Project Manager with daily project coordination
• Tracking and reporting job activities and progress
• Creating and managing submittal logs with a focus on turnaround and approvals
• Managing requisition logs and supporting material buyout
• Coordinating material takeoffs, procurement, submittals, and site deliveries
• Working with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Inspectors, Designers, and technical teams
• Assisting with new work pricing and change order estimates
• Monitoring labor and material budgets
• Keeping all project documentation and deliverables current
• Supporting system troubleshooting, startups, and punch list close-out
• Assisting with site inspections and quality control
