What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Treasury & Cash Management
Manage daily activity across multiple corporate bank accountsSet up and execute wire transfersMove funds between accounts to maximize cash flowPrepare and oversee weekly check runsManage corporate credit card programs (AmEx, T&E cards), including charge review, reconciliation, and paymentsMaintain strict internal controls for all cash-related processesFinancial Planning & Analysis
Collaborate with the CFO to prepare annual budgets, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecastsBuild, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to support business decisionsAnalyze variances between actual results and budgets / outlooks and communicate key driversSupport manufacturing-specific costing, margin analysis, and production financial insightsReporting & Executive Presentations
Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for board and leadership meetingsTranslate complex financial data into clear, concise visual reportsAssist with preparation of monthly internal financial reporting packagesWhat You Bring (Qualifications)
