[job_card.job_description]Manage daily activity across multiple corporate bank accounts Set up and execute wire transfers Move funds between accounts to maximize cash flow Prepare and oversee weekly check runs Manage corporate credit card programs (AmEx, T&E cards), including charge review, reconciliation, and payments Maintain strict internal controls for all cash-related processes Collaborate with the CFO to prepare annual budgets, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to support business decisions Analyze variances between actual results and budgets / outlooks and communicate key drivers Support manufacturing-specific costing, margin analysis, and production financial insights Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for board and leadership meetings Translate complex financial data into clear, concise visual reports Assist with preparation of monthly internal financial reporting packages Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline 3+ years of financial analysis experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred) Advanced Excel skills : Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query; macro / VBA a plus Expert-level PowerPoint presentation design skills Strong understanding of cash management processes, banking platforms, and wire systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high accuracy
