Job description

We are seeking a qualified This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs and Housing initiatives.

Location :   Perris, CA

Hours :   Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Assignment Length :  3 months  (with possible extension)

Salary Range :  $50,000–$60,000

Key Responsibilities :

  • Apply knowledge of CDBG program eligibility, application processes, and types of funded programs
  • Assist in planning, implementation, and compliance of federal housing and development programs
  • Support department staff in preparing program materials, reviewing applications, and providing technical assistance
  • Ensure program alignment with federal regulations and community needs

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration , Urban Planning, Housing, or a related field
  • Experience working with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs and / or housing initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to pass a background check and academic verification

    • Job Types : Full-time, Temporary

    Pay : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
