Sales Manager

Job Overview

Position Type: Full-time, benefited, exempt, at-will position.

Salary: DOE

Schedule: Mixed office hours with hands-on training in the field to achieve goal-oriented results.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Assign leads to design consultants and ensure appointments are followed up on.
-Review design consultants' schedules monthly and ensure minimum capacity requirements are met.
-Hire new design consultants as needed and train them on sales skills, product knowledge, and company policies and practices.
-Provide daily coaching and feedback to design consultants and help them reach their personal and company goals.
-Conduct ride alongs with design consultants and offer encouragement and improvement suggestions.
-Work with other department heads and employees to improve the customer life cycle and resolve any issues or escalations.
-Set and update the pricing of products and services in coordination with affiliate ownership.
-Maintain adequate inventory of window and door sample kits for the sales team.
-Train sales team to improve and maintain positive HOS scores. Target scores of Buyer 85 or above, Not yet Buyer 70 or above.
-All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-Valid driver's license, auto insurance policy, and acceptable motor vehicle record
-Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience; in-home sales experience a plus
-Planning and goal setting skills
-Strong communication skills
-Decision making & strategic thinking skills
-Results orientation & ability to provide high level of customer satisfaction
-Ability to train, coach and develop others
-Computer proficiency, including Office 360 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
-Experience with Sales Force preferred.
