Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a SPM- Mechanical Construction.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage project documentation and budgets

Schedule and lead project meetings, ensuring all necessary information is gathered

Manage subcontractors and ensure project financial success through effective scheduling and cost management

Qualifications :

Previous work experience in project management or a BS / BA degree in a related field

PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus

OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training required

Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects

Strong leadership experience with knowledge of construction materials and safety standards
